Returns
We at Shea Baby know that sometimes it can be
hard ordering online. We try our hardest to give you the best possible shopping
experience. We know that sometimes you need to return an item and want to make sure
the return policy is as easy to follow as possibly.
When returning an item, please take note of the following return policy with all our
customers. Shipping will not be refunded on any returned items and shipping the items
back to us is the customer's responsibility.
We will gladly exchange your clothing or boots for a different size as we know little
ones sizes sometimes are hard to guess especially if this is a gift. Store credit will be
given for the purchase price on eligible returned items. We do not offer refunds (unless
there is a defect on the item you purchased). Store credit never expires.
We offer a boot size chart for reference on our website for you. If there is an error in
sizing on boots please contact us within 15 business days so we can issue you an
exchange.
Returned items must remain in original condition with tags attached & when returning
boots please make sure these are returned in original box.

Shea Baby is committed to processing orders promptly and we do our best to ship items
within 1-2 business days after an order is placed. Holiday’s/Sale may delay this process
as we do our best to fulfill a higher volume of orders.

Yes! All packages are shipped with duties and taxes unpaid. These charges may or may
not apply to your package. Our website will calculate shipping rates upon check out.

We do restock our staple pieces. Please reach out to customer service team if you have
any other questions or are curious about the restocking of a specific item.
We do all designing in-house here in Brock TX, but we outsource production all over the
world. All our items are shipped directly to you from our warehouse in Brock Tx. We
personally check all our products and have items independently tested to meet CPSIA
standards.
Clothing:
Most of our items do run true to size :) If we know a particular item is not running true to
size we will notate that on the item’s description page. If you are between sizes I would
recommend sizing down.

Our Toddler boots do run true to size. If we are between sizes I would recommend sizing up.
